Byouki No Clan
BODY TYPE: Thin and malnourished looking, pale skin, and a thousand yard stare.
STYLE: Wears torn up clothing that belonged to him when he was discovered. White shirt with black stripes and a dirty pair of blue jeans. Refuses to wear the uniform of the school, and few try to make him.
OTHER: Scars upon scars litter his body, along with a permanently malnourished appearance leads many to believe that he was abused as a younger child. Some of the wounds and scars seem fresh, leading others to believe that he is harming himself. He is sometimes seen with his psych doctor, Dr. Sheamus.
STRENGTHS: Extreme pain tolerance, experienced hand to hand combat skills, agile, can be very stealthy and quiet, unsettling to enemies.
WEAKNESSES: Insanity: Triggers that result in outbursts of aggressiveness. Occasional unpredictable speech patterns. (Caused by triggers that cause him to go through flashbacks of his past), unsettling to allies and enemies. Kleptomaniac: Steals things and sometimes isn't aware of it, including pick-pocketing allies occasionally.
LIKES: The city, polite people, patient people, psych doctors.
DISLIKES: People being mean to him, anything that reminds him of his past ( parental figures, dead females, aggressive males, etc. Does not include forests.)
WEAPON: (Random common household/city items, does not include firearms)
RELIC: A ring taken from his deceased mother.
RELIC OWNER: Nakamura Chōbei
OWNER HISTORY: Not much is known about Nakamura, Chobei. He is known to be a fearsome bandit that operated between 1573 to 1600, and was in control of a small village called Ogurusu. It is rumored that he killed a military leader named Akechi Mitsuhide at the battle of Yamazaki.
ACTIVATED ABILITY 1: Paralysis Zone: Those that Byouki determines an enemy become paralyzed with fear for one round. Those that have been effected by this ability already in the current thread feel great fear, but do not become paralyzed. Activated by eye contact. During the paralysis, effected people see Byouki become pale, and his eyes become disturbing and dead looking. Those who have 'brave' as a strength do not become paralyzed.
ACTIVATED ABILITY 2: Nightmare Zone: Causes those determined to be an enemy to experience an illusion of what they fear most. Lasts for 3 rounds. If attacked it dispels. Illusions feel real, but cannot cause damage. (Ex. Spiders crawling feels like spiders crawling, but they will not bite.)
LOCKED ACTIVATED ABILITY 3: Copycat Zone: Copies one active ability of the opponent. This ability stays copied until combat ends, and must have been used in the current combat to be a viable copy target. Cooldown is equal to the cooldown of the copied ability +1.
PASSIVE 1: Hesitation Zone: Enemies and deemed threats find it hard to engage in battle with Byouki, and sometimes hesitate to even begin attacking him. People who have a 'brave' or similar trait are less effected, or not effected at all. Effected people see Byouki become pale, and his eyes become disturbing and dead looking.
LOCKED PASSIVE 2: Mirror Zone: Copies one passive ability of the opponent. Passive copy lasts as long as the current thread. Ability must be active during the thread at some point to be a viable copy target.
LOCKED AWAKENED MODE COLOR: Dark Purple
LOCKED AWAKENED ATTACK: Dead Zone: This illusion creates living dead enemies dressed in Sengoku era armor, with weapons that match (bows, spears, and swords). It is a seemingly endless wave of enemies that exist to tire out opponents, as well as to cause perceived damage. Weapons cause pain and damage, though these are part of the illusion and immediately disappear when the ability ends. This ability lasts 3 rounds and spawns up to 10 enemies, appearance varies from half rotten to skeletonized.
FAMILY: (If you have faceclaims in mind please note them.)
• Father: Unknown - Deceased
• Mother: Unknown - Deceased
• Caretaker: Dr. Sheamus
BACKGROUND: Byouki grew up. That is the only thing that can be said for certain by anyone who met him or knew of his existence. If you could see through time and space, you would see a young albino child growing up in a violent household. Born to a woman and a man, and considered a curse upon them by his father. He was never given a name, and was only taught to speak by his mother and from the streets that he often wandered in his nameless town.
His father became a drunk after disgracing himself as a samurai, failing to protect someone he was hired by. Taking the title of ronin, he took to the same streets his curse of a son did, though ending up in a gutter more often than not. The beatings got worse, and it became a joyful time when Byouki's father was not home, and his loving mother would embrace him, and sing lullabies through the night, whispering how she appreciated him, the nameless son.
One night, Byouki's father returned home. Drunk. Angry. Violent. Beating the child within an inch of his life, finally giving him a name. Byouki, Sickness. His mother in a fit of self defense, used a butcher knife to stab the poor child's father repeatedly. He was still alive, and with a meat cleaver, she removed his fingers, hands, and started working on his arms before realizing he had perished. She dropped the cleaver, horrified at her deed, and took her son on the run, eventually ending up in a forest at the base of Mt. Fuji, Aokigahara, The Sea of Trees.
A distraught mother desperate for release from the terrible life she was living. Two ropes and a common location. She and her son were to leave the world behind in the branches of the forest of Aokigahara. By luck, or some higher purpose, one rope snapped, leaving a distraught Byouki behind in the world, as she passed into the gates of the afterlife alone.
During routine searches of the forest for those unfortunate enough to decide that life was too much for them, search party members came back disturbed, and refused to go back into the forest. A group of students were dispatched from the academy to find out what was causing the psychological damage to the volunteer groups that were coming out of a specific area of the forest.
The encounter between Byouki and the students went as expected. A small conflict, a discovery that it was a relic user that was in the forest, but not much more information about him could be gathered. The students retreated and called the academy, and more specialized students were sent, as well as a Psych doctor named Dr. Sheamus, a very large Irish-Japanese immigrant that came to do research on the effects of relics on the mind. The doctor was kind to Byouki and managed to talk him into trusting him, leading to Byouki's capture.
He came to the academy under the guidance of a special council whom Byouki knew none of except his newly appointed doctor. Deemed too dangerous with a relic to let him wander the country, he needed to be trained, reconditioned, and controlled. He was given a room in the hospital area of the academy that was specifically designed to hold disturbed patients, and Byouki seemed happier than he had ever been in his life to have a place to stay, and stable food, as well as caring parental figures such as his doctor and academy instructors. He had small outbursts This began his stay in the academy, carefully watched by a large doctor from a foreign country and by his peers and instructors.

Weaknesses: You have extreme pain tolerance and hand to hand skills as as strengths. I'm not really seeing any major drawbacks that would effect battle and balance those strengths out.
Ambition unknown: as in he doesn't know what they are? Because everything in sheet is above board so you can't keep things secret. If he has none just put "none at the moment" or something.
History: the end is a bit too snowflake/special. He needs a normal dorm room. The hospital area wouldn't have a full bed room for him. It is pretty much just a nurses' office.
Name: At some point, even if it was the doctor's, he would need a full name.
