Fully dressed in her icy attire, that was somewhat a cross between a formal Chinese dress and a western evening gown, and heading into the opposite direction of Bugei's dance did the single Honda wandered without escort into Southern Edo. It's several hours before the dance and the sun is just starting to set but Mika was already dressed for the dance but there was a slight alteration of plans based off of Sakuma's input. Humored a little by this since their encounter was the offer accepted when it would otherwise be declined.
She waked down the street gaining off looks by her rather fancy attire. Most words spoken in some Dutch or Portuguese about the rich clothes to some foreigner like themselves playing dress up. Mika didn't understand their language but their eyes and self mutterings between their workers gave that impression. She stared ahead to throw their words behind her in reaching the bar sooner.
Business felt slow or maybe it was always like this when Mika opened the door. The scent of alcohol hung in the air and hints of cigar smoke. Thoughts of that Sakuma smoking away in some corner in that bright cherry red jacket seemed befitting of his character. So far in her field of view had she not encounter him yet. Not familiar on where to proceed further beyond the area designed for customers, Mika held her white baby blue clutch purse and approached the bar master for information. "Is there a Sakuma in?" Mika asked to keep the tone formal than a child asking if their playmate was home. She came to skeptically see what made Sakuma so excited in these old movies he spoke of.

A folded up, torn in fourths dance flyer rested in the waste basket of her calligraphy desk as Mika practiced drawing scenery branches and scarves to pass the time than more destructive means. The clock ran late into the evening hours as she hid herself in the confines of her dorm room. When the room became too quiet and the clock's mechanical arms resounded more than the scrapings of her brush, she looked at the flyer's pieces with disapproval of the event.
There was suppose to be a dance of some sorts and it was encouraged for students to participate. Mika couldn't fully imagine what a dance would look like and assumed it to be something more akin to a festival with a large bonfire. Some of the girls around her were looking for dates, and while most have been successful in their endeavors, it was no secret that there was a large amount of many that considered going single or form a singles circle. She knew and near dreaded the thought of both. Knowing no one would ask for her hand was well and good but to be stuck in another situation of lonely drinkers wasn't the experience she was looking forward to dealing with. Again
Having this in mind made her consider what drinking was like. Not the tasting and sampling as ceremonial intake was a mild practice so long as the children only take one and no more. If nothing else, it won't do much to having to show attendance in a perpetual fowl mood as that one girl would likely show up when Mika didn't want them around; Yiting. Having her options laid before her, she checked the time again and went for a plan of action.
"What are you plans for the coming dance, Sakuma-san?" She muttered in open bemusement while attempting to contact him by phone call and text than be wandering around the men's dorm looking for the room that reeks of alcohol the most.Gawf

The sun slowly moved past its zenith and started making headway into the afternoon. A curtain hung drifting in and out of an open window in one of the third floor offices to help cool the room. Inside was a modern furnishing office with a padded desk chair, two desks, rows of filing drawers along the wall. The two large differences between the desks was that one had a spring themed ikebana arrangement brightening up the room while the other had a mound of paperwork hiding a desk phone underneath it. Two piles of papers sat of similar height with a filing tray of letters. Binders stacked by month and divided by day within them had their spines facing the lone office worker staring at two papers before one; one formally written and the other a drafted script sheet."Does it work like this?"
Suishoku rubbed the metal extender part of her pen into her forehead while trying to decipher the penmanship of a student in a stack of reports. She sat working in just her blouse and skirt while the jacket of her Elite uniform rested folded up on one of the cabinets. Among teacher assignments sent to her were also mission reviews written by students. Judging from this paper, this person wasn't exactly through nor even descriptive of the events that happened. These were the tells of ones who value strategy or have taken the time to scout out their surroundings a little. No matter how ill the page looked of making sense, she still took the time to record what key things did take place. What helped in this handicap was the reports from the ninjas that keep tabs on students. She would know after getting a few letters or so before about her mission performances. It's thanks to these more official reports would she be able to perform this part in a system of checks in the validity of students. To think that this
is how the paperwork was really handled behind the scenes."So...proof that light smuggling was found. Combative action taken. Officials arrived shortly after."
The summary picked apart from imaginary bullet points. Having coming to that conclusion, Suishoku wrote down her thoughts toward the student in how to improve his mission debrief reports. Unknown to her if the person has suffered any injuries from the skirmish or if the person was lazy, she wrote down a suggestion of keeping the notes given to accurate moments. A report has more value in the details it provides than the length of personal achievements. "Hopefully they'll learn to put a bit more effort when striving for minimalist entries."
The pen clicked shut as she wrote her response to be delivered later in a pile next to the Bugei school seal stamp. A stack of letters that had to be signed, sealed, and delivered to each one. This part was thankfully taken care off with staffed teachers who mix it in the students mail. After finishing her last of twelve letters that needed delivery, Suishoku sighed in her desk chair and opened the side drawers to take out another letter. Her mouth twisted to a frown that her current work pile has been dragging its delivery longer than needed. "I should resort to calling him,"
she groaned when thinking on the last few times it got failed to deliver. One of which was forgetting the damn thing in the office after closing up and the office key was back in her dorm.
With the deadline drawing nearer, she had to settle for a some inelegant options. Taking her phone from her skirt pocket, she set it out on the desk and dialed out in speaker so she won't lose pacing with her own paperwork. If the desk work wasn't done then it'll grow twice as high the next time around.
The dial tone rolled for a few turns before she could hear a familiar voice on the other end. She smiled weakly at this bad attempt and tried to act cheerful under the circumstances. "Hi! Am I catching you at a bad training time?"
She laughed a bit as training may as well could have been grinding exp in a game. "I'm a bit tied up at the office to do lunch since leaving this morning's lectures. If you aren't doing anything, think stopping by here wouldn't be too much trouble? I'd like your thoughts on a few things."Nobuyumi

The weekend rolled into a lazy morning sun coming over the horizon and many students who weren't in a routine at this hour stayed in bed or made their day plans to hit the station early to get a head start. Between those that had plans outside of Bugei and staying in the dorms sleeping sat a wide awake Honda girl having tea in the lounge. She didn't wear the usual uniform and kept too a light blouse, tennis skirt, and a long silken scarf hanging around her neck and down her shoulders like some celestial cloth on Buddhist statues. Upon the table occupied by herself sat her phone blankly. The first sip made her breath deeply and sigh for what today would be and for any mental stress that would come of it.
In summary of the plan, today was going to be a discreet meeting with the infamous Ghost Rider who plagued the mission boards of Edo Bugei. Bu wanted to meet them to talk about bikes and things so an agreement was made between Mika and senior mentsuke Ajibana for permission to let this happen. Now all that waited was for the notice of their arrival and wherever Bu might be doing at this hour.
"She best not be truant for this," the Honda princess,in name and nothing more, drank her tea with a sigh in her wait. If this was all made for Bu and the Rider to have a get together then what did Mika have to gain from all this, one may wonder. The answer to this when divided out into portions would find that 85% of this meeting didn't have much to
gain at all. The underlying connection of the mission that happenstance to encounter was the main draw and that would be the end of that. Her role was to oversee the two for neither of them to break the one rule of this encounter; no one leaving campus.
The other 14% was doing the security work. That final 1%, although a portion that should be largely unimportant, was to see what made the Rider tick. For the past several years of the rumored Rider being an elusive target on the motor bike now lives under Ajibana's custody than serving jail time. So far that person hasn't tried to run away or just avoided easy opportunities. Why ruin a good thing that's keeping one alive, right? Mika didn't want to deal with too many problems today so she texted Bu again to ensure that they weren't going to hold them up.
The person you wanted to meet should be here shortly at the main school entry gate. Treat them like an alumni student if anyone asks about the visitor.
The message was sent off with a press and the last of her tea was polished off from the disposable cup. Once finding some peace with the tea and the time drawing near, Mika headed out of the dorms to stroll across the campus to hang around the main entry gates. Either one should be showing up eventually so it was best to start actively surveying for potential problems overlooked by the rest of the student body.
