Sengoku Horizon

Look towards the Horizon

The Warring States Period: Fierce warlords fought for control of Japan, and many would perish. When a warrior falls, where does the passion they once held go? Possibly into something dear such as a favorite weapon or heirloom. These heirlooms have been labeled as “relics”, and those that carry them are labeled as “Scions." Recently more and more of these special relics have been activating, signaling the start of a great change as ancient power meets the modern world!

Now For The Local News, 7/10/2017 A blood red summer has come. As the Edo Bugei students finish facing off with the ikko forces all across the nation a massive steel ship floats towards Edo Harbor. The final battle between the Ikko Ikki rebels and the Edo Bugei students is about to begin. The lingering question now, just how much of Edo will be left standing once the battle ends?

Kire
Matsushina

Tokugawa Chiyo, eldest princess of the Tokugawa royal line. She is the most independent princess of the Tokugawa clan. In charge of taking care of her younger brothers and sisters she had always been a rather rambunctious girl. Even before the Great Kanto Earthquake she often snuck out of the castle to go visit friends at Edo Bugei or travel the city in secret. After the earthquake, however, Edo had become a far more dangerous place than it use to be.

Much of Edo was still broken and in dire need of repair. This made carelessly exploring the city an extremely dangerous task. To compound these matters it wasn't as though Chiyo-hime was a normal girl to get abducted or worse, she was the eldest Princess of the current Tokugawa line. As it stood, Princess Chiyo, had gone missing yet again.

Early Sunday morning it was noticed by some of Edo Castle's hand maidens as they went to wake the Princess up and help her get dressed for a meeting with a few of the diplomats from the Kyushu clans. Due to her past history it only took an hour for the staff of Edo Castle to realize she had run off again. While the Hattori are currently looking for her even the all seeing eyes of the Hattori take time to find their prey. Due to this an emergency message was sent to Edo Bugei Academy to have two students join in the hunt.

The mission was relatively simple. The two students would travel to Central Edo's famous Shibuya Ward, a favorite shopping area of the Princess, to look for her. A lot of Shibuya Ward had very large buildings with extremely expensive shops and restaurants. It was a glamorous city in and of itself. Sadly no one would be there to greet them or inform them of what to do. By now Edo Bugei was use to receiving this kind of message from Edo Castle as the princess often wandered off from the castle. The students that accepted the mission would simply have been briefed on the situation, shown multiple images of Princess Chiyo and told go to retrieve her for what, to the academy mission handlers, would have felt like the thousandth time.

It was well known that the Princess had expensive tastes. She would often shop inside the Shibuya 109 building which had somehow managed to survive the earthquake mostly in tact. Thus, it would be noted as the best place for the students to being their search. Meanwhile the Hattori, in case of foul play by the Kyushu clans currently visiting the area, would be sent into the darker parts of the city, fully armed and ready to kill anyone who would cause the Princess harm.

It was a good Sunday morning, Matsushina had arrived early in Shibuya Ward, but today he will not be enjoying his vacation, but rather find the whereabouts of his cousin, Tokugawa Chiyo. He was dressed in a rather form-fit formal get-up, but it is designed with mobility, resilience and flexibility in mind.

Recalling his childhood recollections with her, he heaved quite a heavy sigh, she was always difficult to handle; as far as he can remember, and he felt apologetic for those who will be dealing with her if they are to find her in the next few hours to come. Hoping she wouldn't distress him and his partner, if she is located. He wondered if she's strolled out there to do things she used to do, or could something be happening to her right now? In all of honesty, he's bothered about her. But he should remain still until proven otherwise that she is in a tight corner.

He was informed on where she was last seen and her current possible locations. Looking at his phone, it seems he had arrived at an earlier time than he should, passing the time to wait for his partner to-be he looked at the restaurants and shops, questioning that how they're still able to get clients even after the great earthquake. He looked at his phone and looked at texts messages that kept coming, some from the Hattori, and some from the school, keep him informed him with the latest info as he waits for his partner to commence their pursuit in Shibuya 109 building.

He is mindful of the Hattori's covert activity and contacts with the Kyushu clans in case they are aiming to bring harm to his cousin. Even he will be reasonably distraught if that was the case, so he'd hurry search for her if possible. But seeing that there's no news that pressure him to make haste, he'd simply persevere.

He keep on pondering about how Chiyo is doing, and recalling their childhood, how Chiyo would always have fun and tease him; it's not helping they look like each other, Chiyo dressed him up in her clothes when he was younger, what a disconcerting memory to insert itself at a time like this, he thought.

What do you wear when you hunt down a princess? Frankly it was a bit of a conundrum and not one Kire had ever dealt with before. Admittedly, he hadn't dealt with it yet? The small briefing on the mission lay on his coffee table. She ran away constantly, that was good to know, ind of. It meant that she had been caught easily many times before. Unless she came back on her own but that also seemed unlikely. He sat on the edge of his bed and stared into his closet. It was scarce to say the least. Cheap but hard wearing pants to work in the forge, same for the shirts. And a few uniforms from the school. He wouldn't get away with that. The princess would probably bolt at first sight of the Bugei uniform.

He'd spent far too long on this stupid decision. He wasn't a ninja, he wasn't a soldier. He was just a craft path student. Why he had even bothered signing up for more diverse missions escaped him. Oh wait, no it didn't. He wanted to show off that he deserved to be second year. He glanced over at the wall where the blades sat. He couldn't bring a weapon either. Even dressed in some kind of disguise carrying a set of blades would reveal him as a student. Kire sighed. This was going to get annoyingly complicated.

Finally he decided to wear his nicest coat. He might have to drop a few bits of the mission reward on new clothes. Actually, if his partner was open minded enough, they could spend some of the mission allocation on them and get free clothes from the priciest district around. He also slipped Need and her sheath in the hook in the back of his pants. A katana and wakizashi might show under a coat, but a tanto would be hidden nicely. He wasn't expecting trouble from the princess, but if somebody interfered then he might have need of it.

Still, all this debate meant he was later than he'd planned. He'd have to run if he wanted to be there first. After catching the two busses and a train, he arrived in the shopping district. Strictly speaking, the place had held up very well. Where other buildings had collapsed, the shopping center was only damaged. Guess they could afford it. He looked around for his contact. They had probably come on the bus straight from the academy unless they were taking the case as obscurely stealthy as he was. Hopefully they wouldn't show up in school uniform. A ninja path student would know how to blend so he hoped they would be one of those.

He should have put some kind of effort into finding his partner the moment he got the mission. Still, it was kind of a last minute urgent mission. Kire pulled out his phone, this was how they were supposed to get in touch. He typed in a text message. I am at Kire looked around at the nearest shop. It was a blade shop. Not a smithy, that was obvious. He looked at the blades that were displayed in the window. They were pretty, shiny, and generic. He scowled and walked across the street. the front of Sanji Jewelery..

(OOC: For the sake of this mission we will use the current map of the 109 building. Just assume the electronics aren't as fancy as the shops currently have.)

As Kire waited for Matsu to show up the Shibuya ward was bustling. On a day like today it was a popular place for people to meet up and shop. Everyone from Western Edo nobles to merchants from Northern and Southern Edo, and even some common people with extra cash or who just like to window shop had come. Mixed in with the crowd was all kinds of accents from all over Japan, including thick southern accents belonging to visiting nobles from Kyushu. The weather wasn't bad and the people moved fast. Standing still Kire would almost be swept away into the crowd himself.

With this many people their would be plenty of bodies to ask if they had seen the Princess, after all she was quite well known. However since no one seemed to be making a fuss or bowing it seemed unlikely that anyone had seen her at the current moment. Both Kire and Matsu's phones would go off with a text from a relay agent at Edo Castle.
"For you two who have accepted the emergency mission, keep in mind the Princess likes blending in. It is doubtful she will be walking around in Tokugawa robes. Stay on guard." and that was all the message would say. It seemed like the mission to find the Princess in the haystack that was Shibuya 109 had begun!

(OOC: You two decide where to search and then I shall post and we will do this. I suggest picking a specific floor to start on.)

His phone was beeping as he strolled past many people in somewhat of a hurry, he moved at a fast walk pace across the area closing into the Shibuya 109 building that is scraping the sky, as far as his eyes can see upward, he was perplexed by it's height that topples over the other buildings adjacent to it. He decided to halt his travel, lifting up the lid of his mobile phone with his right thumb to check the content of the incoming messages:

"I am at... "

"In front of Sanji jewelry"

The messages he received were cut off in two pieces, what could it mean? He wondered to himself, but he now has the exact position of his partner to-be, with precision because his phone has a GPS technology installed on his phone that could help him locate his partner, that is without getting lost, among this over-abundance of crowd. Now, he glanced side-ways and to his right. Nothing seemingly escaped that nigh-infallible gaze of his

Then, he glanced to his left, it seems that he isn't far from his partner. He slipped past the incoming crowds, as this time he is going against them, as in walking in the opposite direction, instead of going with them. He may not be a student of the ninja path, but he has enough stealth attributes. Appropriate enough to suggest that he might very well be one of them. Impressive as that may sound, his attire may give him away.

He was focusing on typing a text message to send while walking towards the area he recall to be where Sanji jewellery is located in. It's next to Shibuya 109 building, only several meters away.

"I'm coming, you will see me . . . I have a distinguishable small-sized crest of the Honda Clan on the chest area of my t-shirt, emblazoned to set me apart from the people walking around you". Without wasting any time, he sent the message, with his strong phone signal it should arrive very quickly to be read over.

As he sent that to his partner, he received a message, and the content read as follow: "For you two who have accepted the emergency mission, keep in mind the Princess likes blending in. It is doubtful she will be walking around in Tokugawa robes. Stay on guard." He blinked with disbelief. He didn't believe the content of the message, could it be a repeat of a certain case in the past, it could very well be a repeat.

"Ah, yeah..." Matsu re-calling the one time she blended in very-well it took them almost a week finding her because she was using unrecognisable clothing. Honestly, the thought of going through that again pained him. He doesn't want to go through it a second time, the first time he already had enough of, so this time he need to make a serious haste. He need to take this more seriously than he thought he should.

"Okay, I think I should hurry to where my partner is." Moving even faster than earlier, the building of Sanji jewellery is already within his sight, now to find his partner.

He glanced around for anybody who might potentially be his partner.

He sent another text message to his partner:

"I suggest we start searching on the first floor, do you agree with that? If you have a better location of where we should start searching, please tell me. Also, I'm already nearby, where are you? "

Kire had meant to stand in front of the building but people were jostling and pushing and moving along in an unorganized mess. He had no other choice but to back up against the corner of the store and plant his feet. It also seemed to help when he glared at anyone who moved in too close. Maybe they thought he was a thug, he certainly didn't look like the average shopper. Especially for the front of a jewelry store. With luck they would assume he was unofficial security and leave him alone. He felt his phone buzz in his pocket and pulled it out.

First contact with his partner had been made. He had only just started reading when another message popped up, this one was a full alert from the handlers. He skimmed it and then sighed. Were they being sarcastic? Were they just so doubtful of the common sense of Kire and whoever they'd paired him with? Of course she wouldn't be in the highly obvious robes, of course she'd be blending in. If she wasn't, they wouldn't be sending people to wander around the shops looking for any sign of her.

He swiped back to the message his partner had sent. Well, it wasn't a ninja path member obviously. Still, it was a start when it came to finding them. He straightened himself up and tried to look over the crowd. Since he wasn't exactly a towering figure, it didn't quite work. He began to send a new message. Brown jacket, black pants, red shirt. But right before he had hit send, another message popped up. He had his head down reading it when a bulb of inspiration struck him. Kire stood up tall again and hit send. on his message. It was a safe bet that the person he was after would be looking for him and the chances that two people searching a place and looking down at their phone at the same time were astronomical.

There, he spotted a face in the crowd look down at their phone. Kire pushed himself off the wall and started walking towards them. As he approached, he saw the Honda symbol. Yeah, they'd have to do something about that. "Over here." Kire waived. "Bou Kire, pleasure to meet you and all that." He only bothered with the barest of bows and formalities, especially since they were going to be working together on this and it was more important to get the mission done.

"I guess we can start on the first floor and work our way up. Seems sensible but I have a question. What do you know about her? I mean, do you know what she likes to buy? 109 is a big place and if we can cross out a few locations that'd be better."

Much like any other day Shibuya 109 was packed to the brim with people. As the two talked about how to explore the building they could barely dodge the people moving in and out of the area. The building itself was extremely tall with easily eight floors and three basement levels. Even the first floor felt like it had more people than entire districts of Edo had on a good day.
user posted image

The first floor was meant for street fashion and quick shopping. After all the higher up you got in floors the more expensive things became. On this floor was a lot of grunge clothing and tennis shoe stores. Three main stores stuck out the most.
"Pink Business", a store that looked more like a gothic lolita fashions top. "Mihato", an expensive shoe and purse store, and "Baby Shoop", a store that seemed more into urban street clothing and sports wear. As the two looked around multiple groups of women could be seen from women in expensive kimono riding the escalator up to higher levels of the building, a group of students from one of Edo's regular high schoolers looking around Pink Business" and giggling and they held up dresses in front of eachother, and some chairs against a far wall for what appeared to be a hang out for discarded boyfriends. They would also find multiple maps of the various floors in the buildings.

Basement 1-3: Culture and NEET Life.
Floor 1-2: Street Fashion.
Floor 3-4: Dresses and glamour.
Floor 5-6: electronic wears.
Floor 7-8: entertainment and food.
Floor 9-10 Jewelry and custom designs.

It would just be up to the two where they wanted to go or who they wanted to question.

"Well they could cover more ground if they split up which is what Kire suggested, He'd check floor one and two, his partner could check the basements. She probably wouldn't be in any of those since they were a bit too casual and niche. Certainly the princess wouldn't be found shopping NEET styles. And wasn't that a contradiction anyway? Whatever. Looking at the map of the shops was less than helpful. Mostly because Kire had no idea what sort of things the princess liked. She liked shopping supposedly buit he didn't know what sorts of things she wore normally. And if she was in disguise, she wouldn't be wearing those anyway. Unless she wasn't in disguise and had only done it to sneak out. Too many variables. He could probaly discount a good portion of the entertainment floor. They might be able to check the arcade or whatever but they wouldn't get into the events and the films would probably be packed anyway. That sort of search would be futile.

He tried to think as he made his way off to the sitting area. It was a good place to stop and think because there were a great many other guys around, all in varying states of disinterest and it gave him a good view of the shops dressing rooms in case she was inside one. As he thought, he kept watch and one thing stood out, most people were on their phones. It hit him like a flash. He pulled his phone out and pulled up twitter along with a few other social media sites. He did a cursory check of the princess' public accounts not really expecting to find anything. It wasn't a secret day out if she announced it after all, but then he did a search. She could control her own accounts but maybe some random citizen saw her or traded a dressing room or something and had to tweet about it. A lot of people went gaga for celebrities and the princess might as well have been the biggest. The real boon would be if he didn't have to embarrass himself by wandering through a lot of girl and women's fashion shops alone. The academy ID would only go so far.

As Kire sat down and checked through social media he found a large amount of travel photos from the princess. It appeared a lot of her clothing in the photos came from custom tailors inside Edo Castle. However, the princess was definitely a fan of high fashion. As Kire flipped through the social media it was clear that even when the princess was in what could be considered casual clothing it all looked like it has an incredible price tag. Gold emblems from various designers all over her clothing including her sunglasses and bags. Of course Kire wouldn't recognize any of the emblems, but as he looked around the area he would see multiple women, all around his age, with matching symbols on the bags they carried, all coming from upstairs.

Unfortunately for Kire all of the girls wearing the outfits seemed extremely self focused, some of them with fake tans and high heels. To make matters worse Kire would recognize that in spite of the price tags hanging off the clothing and the foreign designer emblems some of the clothing and especially the sunglasses wouldn't seem to be made of particularly good material. Certainly no better than the sunglasses Kire would find at most vendors in Central and Northern Edo's markets.

Looking back through social media for sightings of the princess Kire wouldn't find any recent pictures. A lot of sightings of her being at Shogunat events, and at Edo Bugei, but unfortunately nothing post for today.

Kire sighed and put his phone away. Well he knew what the princess seemed to like at least. That was a good start. He didn't much bother with women's fashion, or men's fashion in fact. If it didn't have much to do with his work, he didn't much care. Though if somebody wanted a fashionable weapon, he could certainly do that. Though, come to think of it, maybe he ought to start putting a little research into such things. A blade could be a pretty accessory like a watch or purse, if he planned to make a living, he couldn't just focus on soldiers as clientele. And being a private smith for some blue blood family was not even an option. But these were thoughts for later, now he needed to catcha princess.

Kire started making his way up the stairs. He had to find the shops with the same designs. Once he had, he could start talking to a few of the girls who were shopping or wandering through the mall. That would be nice, they seemed to be on the pretty side of things and definitely worth a chat. He felt pretty confident that he could get them to talk to him, he was nothing if not charming. Well, maybe not charming, but he could fake charming if he tried hard enough. Plus, he had a secret weapon.

It wasn't particularly difficult for Kire to take the escalators up to the third floor of the building. However, the difference between the second and third floors must have seemed shocking to anyone who didn't regularly shop in the area. The second floor was street fashion, with a lot of the shops looking incredibly urban with stylized signs. The third floor looked more like a glamorous European shopping street, like something one would find in Paris. The fake brick wall designs and teenagers on posters had been replaced with fine wallpapers and pictures of what appeared to be famous fashion idols. It was likely Kire wouldn't be able to pronounce some of the names advertised on the windows of the stores.

What Kire was good at seeing, however, happened to be people and symbols. A lot of the women on this floor looked similarly dressed to the Princess. It was likely many of the girls on this floor weren't commoners but instead the daughters of Shogunate officials and visiting nobles in Edo. The torn jeans and tight shirts from floors 1 and 2 had been replaced with lovely dresses, high heels, and designer hand bags. As Kire looked around he would find a few girls shopping alone, but also multiple groups of women traveling together. He would also find a store with a beautiful }-{ design on the logo. The design would be similar to one Kire saw in a number of the Prince's pictures.

Inside the store one would find mostly accessories. Hand bags, purses, sunglasses, watches, etc. The price tag of which would have made even some provincial lords weep at the bill. Now the question was what would Kire do? Look around in the store and wait for someone to approach? Talk to someone outside the store? Storm directly up to the front desk with a photo of the Princess?

Kire sighed as he looked at the store. What a pain this was going to be. He wished he had been sent a female partner so at the very least they might be able fake it when they wandered around, instead he was stuck on his own. He pulled out his phone and glanced at the picture one last time before holding the shutdown button and gave it a few light taps as it shut down. He started walking forward toward the shop with the weird symbol name.

The options he had ran through his mind quickly. Shouting for her was right out, but he might do that if he got bored enough or desperate enough. He could just stand around but that might end up creepy, even if he could come up with an excuse. He had one ready, he'd thought of it on the stairs, but it was still creepy. But the easiest way was to just ask somebody. Probably a salesgirl. He'd just have to adapt his excuse a little bit which was why he'd turned off his phone.

He entered the shop and popped up on his tiptoes and peered around. He was of an average height for a guy his age but that still gave him a few extra inches on most of the girls around. He didn't see the princess just yet but he did see a shopgirl. He made a bee line for her.

"Excuse me, I need some help." he asked, putting on a nervous smile. It wasn't hard, this was embarrassing already. "Umm, I'm meeting my girlfriend and I'm kind of running late and my phone's dead. You haven't seen her, have you?" She's about yea high," he lifted his hand, then said her hair color, mentioned it's probably tied up and finished off with "and she's probably got an eye out for me." He didn't know enough about the princess to guess at her mental state, but if he were hiding out or sneaking around in disguise, he'd probably be glancing around in case security showed up.

With a clear plan of action Kire entered the shop. The music playing was some overly generic pop band he had likely heard off either far too often or never at all. All around him was expensive accessories on intrusively placed display racks. It would prove difficult to manage all of the hanging advertisements and import racks that made up the store's twisted landscape. Sunglasses from France, earrings from Spain, and even a few bags made of what was clearly extremely expensive leather from central Japan. Everything around Kire either tried to trip him or snag him as he moved around them. It was clear that the store was set up in such a way as to force customers to stop and look at every single item the store had to offer before they could even hope of reaching one of the store's actual employees.

Going up to a sale's assistant Kire politely asked
"Umm, I'm meeting my girlfriend and I'm kind of running late and my phone's dead. You haven't seen her, have you?" the girl looked at him strangely. She was a girl slightly older than Kire with bleach blond hair and large hoop earrings. Currently she had on a pink windbreaker with a gold necklace and long skirt. Her make up was well done and her eyes said that she clearly wasn't impressed by Kire's words nor his actions.
"Ummmm, lots of girls....come in here. That are like, this tall." and then she proceeded to copy Kire's hand motions.
"Do you have any other info? 'cause if not, like, I need to get back to work." and with that she proceeded to look at the boy as though he was an idiot. She even rolled her eyes a bit as she said
"What is her hair color? What is her name? Are you even sure she is in this store?" the girl asked him rudely.

While this entire conversation was happening two girls just looked at Kire as though he was a weirdo and slowly moved to put a rack of clothing between him and themselves, one of them even making a loud noise and starting to gossip as they noticed Kire talking to the sale's rep. A few other customers, mostly girls with their boyfriends, also looked at Kire. Though the men had a far more sympathetic look than their female counterparts to be sure. With one of them even shaking his head a bit as though to say
"I feel for you."

Kire closed his eyes and mentally counted to five. "I just told you...whatever." It had been a long shot but he was annoyed nonetheless, not that she hadn't been able to help but that she hadn't really done anything at all. But you couldn't expect a random person to remember a single girl in a crowd. But annoyance was good, the part he was playing ought to be annoyed right now. Of course being annoyed did not help get the job done any faster, more's the pity. "Nevermind."

He gave up on the clerk, though not on his mission. He rubbed his forehead with his right and and then ran his fingers back through his hair. He was not going to wander through a woman's clothing shop looking for the princess, that would only end in trouble. He couldn't go find a manager type and demand to check the security cameras, he didn't think that he had the authority for that, a student badge only went so far. He'd just have to keep an eye out and there was one place where he wouldn't seem entirely out of place.

Kire walked over to the arranged benches where the other lost and set aside guys were sitting and he all but collapsed into one of the chairs. "I'm in so much trouble." He muttered and pinched the bridge of his nose. "You guys haven't seen her, have you?" He said to the guys off to the sides of him. He gave another quick rundown of her physical looks, though this time a bit more physical. Her complexion, her legs, as well as height and hair and finished off with "Maybe she keeps looking over here to see if I'm around."

It was his best bet that she might be keeping an eye out for somebody looking for her. Her security team was probably mostly male so she'd probably occasionally check for security in the spot where a guy was not out of place. Annoyingly that meant Kire was in the most obvious place but he hoped that he did not look like an official person should she see him before he saw her.

That was the type of woman she was. The type to ignore a guy when explaining and then be offended when he got upset and walked off. As Kire breathed a bit and turned around to leave the clerk started yelling at him.
"HEY! HEEEYYYY! DON'T JUST WALK AWAY FROM ME! THAT IS RUDE!" she started yelling more but Kire seemed to ignore her and walk off. To which the women simply responded by eye rolling.
"WHATEVER!" she shouted before turning back to an actual customer and demanding to know what that customer needed.

Meanwhile Kire went to sit down by the group of guys waiting on the various women currently shopping and changing in the dressing rooms. As Kire started talking about being in trouble the three men he had gone to sit next too all nodded as the group seemed to sigh together. One of the guys, a more muscular boy who looked to be from a good family, but still not a noble or samurai, listened closely to Kire'd description.
"She sounds super fine. Like a princess or something." he said with a smile. Meanwhile a man to Kire's left, a skinny built guy in a green athletic shirt and sunglasses started laughing.
"All the girls who shop here act like princesses bro. Hell, I heard even princesses shop here." he said as the entire group laughed a bit.

The dude in green looked at Kire.
"But listen bro. You shouldn't have just let a girl like that go. You need to apologize to her when you finally find her. Go get her chocolates or something. Tell her you really care about her and you are sorry. Try not to lose her again." the guy said with a decidedly manly nod. Lowering his shades a bit he looked deep into Kire's eyes.
"The chance to marry rich only comes around once in a man's life. Don't let it go to waste." and with that the other two guys around Kire nodded in agreement and also looked at him with hyper masculine expressions as though to say that Kire was officially the student and they the sensei's of romance and life. After the bizarre moment the man in green shrugged a bit.
"Really though I haven't seen a girl like that." then the guy who looked to be from a well off family chimed in.
"You sure she isn't at that weird French place on he other side of the floor? A lot of girls go to eat at that place. My gf and sister both keep talking about how it has foreign appeal." he offered. Finally the third guy, a short pudgy boy with a rather large head just looked across the floor at the french place.
"Crepes. They are weird. Who makes okonomiyaki and doesn't even include cabbage or shrimp?" he asked out loud as the other two boys nodded.
"Weird." the boy in the green shirt and the well to do boy both said at the same time.
