Imaizumi, Koi No Clan
HAIR: Brown, short and loosely styled.
BODY TYPE: Skinny and spindly looking, slightly fit. Skin is a silvery grey due to his extreme Hemochromatosis.
STYLE: Wears a very steampunk inspired outfit on his off days. White shirt, black vest with a black (varies) tie. Black pants with a matching black belt. Has a black overcoat with spiraling gold patterns on the outside that are vaguely shaped like gears. He has a pair of black boots with several buckles, and metal embedded in the sole. He occasionally carries a black cane with a silver handle and base made of iron. It is obviously more for looks than use. A pair of dark goggles surrounded by brass and leather act as a pair of sunglasses for him, as well as eye protection while in the forage. Finally to top it all off, he wears a top hat with a few brass gears on it.
OTHER: Has a set of interlocked gears on his arm that vary in color from gear to gear. Black, gold, silver, and brass. The tattoo shines due to it being made of actual metal being used in the ink.
Very outspoken about any problems he has with others, causes fights quite often due to his plain and open way of speaking. Otherwise he is a well spoken gentleman.
STRENGTHS: Fast movements, quick reaction time. Can keep a solid footing in unstable terrain. Very high pain tolerance. Can identify metals very easily. Excessive iron in his blood (Hemochromatosis)
WEAKNESSES: Physically weak, gets tired from physical fighting easily, arthritis in his hands due to Hemochromatosis (pain, weakness).
LIKES: Loves metal, art, gears, magnetism, steam power.
DISLIKES: Impoliteness, rude people, Tokugawa Shogunate (Due to government plans to annex precious metal mines, gem mines, and other resource mines).
AMBITIONS: Wishes to limit government interference with private lives of citizens.

WEAPON: Six ornate Philadelphia Deringer pistols. They are one shot percussion cap guns. They are gold and silver plated and held in a harness under his overcoat and above his vest. 3 on one side, 3 on the other, designed to be cross drawn (Left guns drawn by right hand, vice versa). Due to the percussion cap, these guns are not re-loadable in thread.
RELIC: Odd scroll locked inside of an iron scroll container.
RELIC OWNER: Katō Danzō
OWNER HISTORY: A prominent ninja master who's history is surrounded by mystery. He was rumored to have been trained in sorcery and was supposedly able to fly. (Thus the nickname Flying Kato). He was tasked by Usegi, Kenshin with stealing a sword from a retainer of Kenshin's, and not only stole the sword, but also captured a servant girl as well. After a series of events, Kenshin and his rival Takeda, Shingen eventually thought he was acting as a double agent. He was captured and beheaded.
ACTIVATED ABILITY 1: River of Steel - Can produce metal filings by opening a small latch on the end of the case. Magnetic filings will fall out of the case at one cubic foot per post, lasts up to 5 posts or until closed.
ACTIVATED ABILITY 2: Superheat - Can heat up metal that is under his magnetic control. The metal becomes red hot for 2 posts. Enemy relics, armor, and weapons are invalid targets for this ability. Already launched projectiles are valid.
LOCKED ACTIVATED ABILITY 3: No Medic Required - Able to use the iron in his blood to create a patch to stop even the most traumatic bleeding. Likewise can use the iron in another person's blood to stop their bleeding (must be able to touch them). This patch stays even after the ability is finished, and patches must be removed manually, else they stay in place.
PASSIVE 1: Magnetic Personality - Possess an extremely strong magnetic field around him. Can manipulate any naturally magnetic object around him, up to 15 feet away. The weight and density of the object effects the ability to manipulate it, meaning he can't float, bend, or move around a 400 pound object with as much ease or as swift as a soda can. Enemy Relics, armor, and weapons are an invalid targets for this ability. Already launched projectiles are valid.
LOCKED PASSIVE 2: Metal Manipulation - Can solidify metal (including liquid metals and metal filings (particles)) into various weapons and shapes. Likewise any material solidified in this way can be turned back into it's original source material.
LOCKED AWAKENED MODE COLOR: Silver
AWAKENED ATTACK: Ocean of Metal - For 5 posts prior to the actual attack, metal shavings loosen from surrounding sources (including magnetic metal sources in the ground, buildings, etc.) They remain in place, but are in a loosened state ready for stage two. In stage two, his magnetic aura extends to an incredible distance and increases in power. All of the metal filings that had been loosened surge towards Koi. This causes sinkholes to form in the ground, and localized collapsing of buildings. He then has 3 posts to act upon the sea of metal in any way that his normal abilities allow him to, but with the increased range and power of his magnetic force. Enemy Relics, armor, and weapons are not valid targets for this ability.
FAMILY: (If you have faceclaims in mind please note them.)
• Imaizumi, Amur
• Imaizumi, Iwame
BACKGROUND: Koi grew up in the mines of the Matsuda clan, though is not part of their clan. He was born to a family who owned several mines on behalf of the Matsuda clan, and were considered almost like family to the Matsuda. They mined everything from precious gems to coal across the province, and even though the Matsuda clan got the primary amount of money that was generated by the mines, his family was quite well off, enough to buy jewelry, nice clothing, and other wealthy family doo-dads and knick-knacks.
While growing up, he was known for exploring the various caves and mines around his city. Those who saw him swiftly and easily making his way through piles of rubble and unstable grounds would describe it 'as if he were swimming through the mountain', along with his name, Koi, he became known quickly as the Iron Fish by miners in the area, and soon by his family. He soon fell ill, and had to slow down just a bit, exploring just as swiftly, though in smaller bursts.
As he grew older, his skin turned a silvery color, and a Matsuda doctor finally diagnosed him with Hemochromatitis, an overabundance of iron in his blood. Small metal flecks began to stick to him, seemingly by magnetic means as his relic powers awakened. He was shortly after floating soda cans, forks, and other pieces of metal around him with ease, also finding that with some focus he could bend them and change their shapes into interesting works art. He boiled down several sets of forks, which his mother scolded him for, and used his powers to move the softened metal around and mold it into a sculpture, crude as it was.
Soon his powers were well under control, effortlessly creating works of art, weapons, anything he wanted really. This gained the attention of the Bugei Academy, who extended a welcome to him and soon took him from his family and mines that he loved so much. He continued to make things with his metal editing abilities while waiting for his first year to begin, and one day in the blacksmithing club's area, he overheard a conversation that the Shogunate was planning on taking private mines away from people to use for their own financial gain, this set him on his political track, taking an active stance that mines will remain in the family's hands. So begins his first year.
